Things seemed so unreal, for quite a long time. But that wasn't a problem, it was really just fine. That this was all real, and not just a dream, was entirely too good to be true it would seem.
Life turned to busy with harvest and such, there were long days and late nights where they didn't talk much. But riding in tractors and trucks on weeks end, made it all better come Monday, to start in again.
It was long and exhausting, and sometimes she felt ill, but that didn't change the pair was quite happy still.
And then came something that was quite the surprise. So shocking neither could believe their eyes.
A happy disturbance in their brand new lives.
For where there were two in this family they'd formed, another was coming, all happy and new.
