My Stories.

Hi!
Thanks for stopping by. Here you'll find a list of some of the stories I've written, or am writing. As yet, only Red as Blood is published, but I'm always looking for beta readers, so if you'd like to read one, know more about, or see me blog about it, let me know.

The Queens Three: Querying
After a party gone wrong, twenty-one year old Molly is desperate to prove she’s got her life on track. But when a guy in a top hat shows up at her diner spouting crazy stuff about fae realms the precarious stability she’s built threatens to topple. Molly listens to his wild tales of escaping the fae realm with the princess and rightful heir to the throne, and tries to brush him off as he insists that her ancestral connection to Lewis Carroll makes her the perfect candidate to close a rend between realms and defeat the blood thirsty Queen of Ravens. Ignoring this Mad Hatter will incur the wrath of the fae, but following his quest will destroy the life she has fought for. When an attack on the diner forces her hand, Molly must confront the demons in her past in order to fight the monsters in her present. As everything she knows goes completely mad, Molly can’t help but wonder just how much of the Alice in Wonderland tale is true … and what dark dangers did the author leave out?

Whispers of Smoke and Sea: Revising
Are futures set, or is destiny what we make?
All her life, the smoke that whispers futures in Nova’s ear has told her to stay. But when it suddenly warns her to go, she is plunged out to sea on a pirate ship in search of a cursed island and a destiny of her own choosing.

Bad Boy Story: First Draft Complete, beta stage
Brass Talan is the best criminal the Spills has to offer, and he's prepared to single handedly take down the social system that put him on the streets as a child. When the King's royal advisor insults him and calls him nothing more than a common criminal, Brass seeks revenge by kidnapping his daughter. What he wasn't expecting was for her to have a vendetta of her own, and one that would be immensely helpful to him if he could just convince her to stay.

The Guns: First Draft Complete. Querying.
Cole Burns has a gun and a grudge, and that's all you need in post apocalyptic Cody Wyoming to get yourself killed. Feisty saloon gal, Calgary Williams told him so too, but Cole is too thick headed to listen. Trying to weave through a web of gang wars, gun men, and old lies can get real slippery when you're trying not to fall in love.

Red As Blood:
Published by Rooglewood Press
A Snow White retelling.

Zaig has no problem hiring himself out to make sure people disappear, but he's never been asked to kill a princess before.
She's sweet, and innocent, and gorgeous, and he just can't quite bring himself to do it. He decides to help her instead, and leaves her in the care of some friends of his, while he tries to come up with a plan.
Then the letter comes that his friends are dying.

This is one of the winning entries to the Rooglewood fairy tale contest. The book released in December of 2018.

    2. Bah! I don't believe it. Every one of those is excellent as far as attention-getting ;)

Out of Darkness is finished?! I don't suppose there's any way I could read it, could I? Is it published, or just finished?

I love all of these! Purpose is certainly my favorite of these. Jake's Story reminds me of a story I've got floating around in my head. Same as you, mostly just character, not much of a plot. Which is why it's still only floating.

    3. Thanks haha.

Yeah it's finished but not published. I'm still in the beta and editing stage.

Awesome! Thanks! Purpose is my next in line to be finished after my contest entry and nano. It's so hard to develop stories that are only a character. Like I have forty thousand words of snippets for it, but still no plot.
