Hi!

Thanks Sarah!

Alright! I actually already had a collage made a long time ago, and loaded onto my DeviantArt page, so here it is.
(NeedtoBreathe, Hawk Nelson{the old one}, Thousand Foot Krutch, 33 Miles, TobyMac, Manafest, Skillet, 12 Stones, Newsboys{the old one}, Flyleaf, 7eventh Time Down, Nine Lashes, Kutless, Icon For Hire, Disciple)
And, I'm just going to use the scenarios that Sarah had up.
1. Song that makes me want to cry:
Mark Schultz- Walking Her Home (contemporary Christian)
"And just for a while they were eighteen
And she was still more beautiful to him than anything"
And she was still more beautiful to him than anything"
2. Song that makes me smile.
Caedmon's Call- Daring Daylight Escape (contemporary Christian)
"'Cause you can read all about it
About boy meets a girl and then
He screws the whole thing up
About boy meets a girl and then
He screws the whole thing up
Just like always"
3. Song that makes me want to live in the future:
12 Stones- Anthem for the Underdog (Christian rock)
"You say you know just who I am
But you can't imagine
What waits for you across the line
You thought you had me
But I'm still here standing
And I'm tired of backing down"
But you can't imagine
What waits for you across the line
You thought you had me
But I'm still here standing
And I'm tired of backing down"
4. Song that makes you feel rebellious:
(soundtrack- but I think it would be considered country. I don't know.)
"Get outta my face or give it you best shot
I think it's time you better face the fact
Get off my back"
I think it's time you better face the fact
Get off my back"
5. Songs that me feel like I'm in Cali:
Audio Adrenaline- Summertime (contemporary Christian)
"A place that doesn't take credit cards
Or lots of cash "
Or lots of cash "
6. Song that Makes Me Feel "Fly":
I really want to say this one but, I'm going to go with
FM Static- Girl of the Year (pop punk)
"I met this girl who likes her heavy metal
She gets excited when slipknot plays on
Leno she's a heck of a girl with no cares in
The world and she likes it that way"
She gets excited when slipknot plays on
Leno she's a heck of a girl with no cares in
The world and she likes it that way"
8. Song that Makes Me Wanna Dance:
Manafest- Fire in the Kitchen (Christian rap)
"We got it going on in your America, my America, oh America"
9. Song that Makes Me Feel Sad:
Ed Sheeran- I See Fire (soundtrack)
"And if the night is burning
I will cover my eyes
For if the dark returns
Then my brothers will die
And as the sky is falling down
It crashed into this lonely town
And with that shadow upon the ground
I hear my people screaming out"
I will cover my eyes
For if the dark returns
Then my brothers will die
And as the sky is falling down
It crashed into this lonely town
And with that shadow upon the ground
I hear my people screaming out"
10. Song that reminds me of summer:
....Well, I already used summertime....Oh, I use this in the slide show I make for VBS in the summer.
The Afters- Every Good Thing (contemporary Christian)
"You're the reason for anything that lasts, every second chance
Every laugh, (woo!)"
Every laugh, (woo!)"
Thanks for doing this Sarah!
I nominate:
And anyone else who thinks it sounds like buckets of fun!
You don't like Michael Tait? :(
ReplyDeleteI love most of your choices though. TobyMac is awesome. :)
I like Michael Tait, but I don't like Newsboys' sound since he took over. I liked him in Tait an DC Talk. But Peter Furler is forever my favorite. Gotta love the bald aussie with guy-liner :)
DeleteI love T Mac
Ah. I like them both. :) The Newsboys are my dad's favorite band, and we've seen them in concert two times.
DeleteLucky. They came to a town 45 minutes from my house, but a tornado took the stage, and they left XP
DeleteSkillet! TobyMac! Newsboys!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tag :)
Welcome!
